Strawberry & Vanilla Overnight Oats
Makes 3 Serves
Ingredients You’ll Need
1 cup (285g) Greek yoghurt
1 cup (240ml) vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
1 tbsp honey
1 cup (165g) strawberries, sliced
1½ cups (135g) rolled oats
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
How to Make It
Blend the yoghurt, almond milk, honey, and strawberries until smooth.
In a bowl, stir in chia seeds, vanilla extract, and oats.
Refrigerate overnight. Top with fresh strawberries to serve.
