Strawberry & Vanilla Overnight Oats

Makes 3 Serves

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 1 cup (285g) Greek yoghurt

  • 1 cup (240ml) vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 cup (165g) strawberries, sliced

  • 1½ cups (135g) rolled oats

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to Make It

  1. Blend the yoghurt, almond milk, honey, and strawberries until smooth.

  2. In a bowl, stir in chia seeds, vanilla extract, and oats.

  3. Refrigerate overnight. Top with fresh strawberries to serve.
